What is Halos n Horns?

Halos n Horns creates immersive themed experiences where guests step into beautifully designed worlds inspired by fantasy, western elegance, literature, and unforgettable storytelling. From grand signature events to intimate gatherings, every experience is thoughtfully curated to encourage connection, creativity, and a little bit of wonder.

What should I wear?

Every Halos n Horns event has its own dress code, which will be clearly outlined on the event page before tickets go on sale.Most of our signature experiences feature Courtly Formal, Elegant Fantasy, or Western Formal attire. We encourage guests to embrace the theme and become part of the story.Unless otherwise noted, casual clothing, athletic wear, jeans, and combat or cosplay armor are not permitted. (Some themed events, such as our Viking Yule Symposia, may have different attire guidelines.) Guests who do not meet the published dress code may be refused entry.

Are your events beginner-friendly?

Absolutely!Many of our guests are attending their very first immersive event. Whether you're arriving in a custom-made gown, western formal attire, or your very first fantasy outfit, you'll be welcomed into the experience.

I don't know anyone. Can I still attend?

Yes! Many lifelong friendships have started at Halos n Horns events. Whether you're attending solo or with friends, our experiences are intentionally designed to help guests connect with one another.

Can my spouse, partner, or friend attend even if they aren't into fantasy?

Absolutely. Many guests come simply because they're looking for a unique night out. Whether you're a fantasy fan, a country music lover, or simply enjoy beautiful events, everyone is welcome.

Are your events based on copyrighted books or shows?

Our events are inspired by beloved genres, history, mythology, and storytelling while featuring original creative elements unique to Halos n Horns. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by any book, television, or film franchise unless specifically stated.

Event Experience

Will I be able to interact with performers?

Yes! One of the things that makes Halos n Horns unique is the opportunity to interact with our immersive cast throughout the evening.Depending on your ticket level, you may also enjoy exclusive performances and experiences before the main celebration begins.

Will alcohol be available?

Most of our 21+ events feature a cash bar offering themed cocktails, beer, wine, and mocktails.Drink offerings and any included beverage tickets will vary by event and will always be listed on the event page.

Will food be served?

Food offerings vary by event.Some experiences include elegant hors d'oeuvres and desserts, while others feature a seated dinner reserved for Rider's Elite and Elite guests.Menus and dining options will always be listed before tickets go on sale.

Will there be parking?

Yes. Parking information, maps, and venue-specific details will be emailed before the event and posted on the event page whenever available.

Will there be professional photography?

Yes! Professional photographers may be capturing photos and video throughout the event for promotional purposes. By attending, guests acknowledge that they may appear in event photography and video.

Are your events 21+?

Unless otherwise stated, Halos n Horns signature events are designed for guests 21 years of age and older.Please check each event listing for age requirements.

Ticketing

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept several convenient payment methods, including:• Credit & Debit Cards• Apple Pay• PayPal• Klarna• Afterpay(Available payment methods may vary by event.)

Is there a limit on the number of tickets I can purchase?

To help prevent ticket scalping and give as many guests as possible an opportunity to attend, ticket purchases may be limited.If your order exceeds the current ticket limit, we may contact you to verify your purchase.All guests must be registered using their legal name as it appears on their government-issued ID.

Can I purchase different ticket types in one order?

Yes. You may purchase different ticket levels within the same transaction. Guest names will be collected during checkout, and ticket assignments may be finalized when you arrive.

Are tickets refundable?

All ticket sales are final. Refund requests submitted within 24 hours of purchase may be considered. If an event sells out, we'll do our best to help connect guests wishing to transfer or resell their tickets through our official community channels.

Can I transfer my ticket?

Yes.If your guest changes, simply contact us before the event so we can update your guest information.

Does adding tickets to my cart reserve them?

No. Tickets are not reserved until your purchase is successfully completed and you receive a Halos n Horns confirmation email with your order number.

After You Purchase

My payment went through, but I never received an order confirmation.

If you completed payment through Klarna or Afterpay but did not receive a Halos n Horns confirmation email with an order number, please contact us immediately.We'll be happy to help determine the status of your purchase.

My order says "Pending Fulfillment."

No worries! Pending Fulfillment simply means we're reviewing your order before finalizing your guest registration.As long as your order complies with our ticket policies, no action is required.

I made a mistake during checkout.

No problem. Simply contact us with your name and order number, and we'll gladly update your information.

I never received my confirmation email.

This is usually caused by a typo in your email address. Please contact us with your full name, and we'll update your information and resend your confirmation.

Is there a waitlist?

Yes! If an event sells out, you'll have the opportunity to join our waitlist.Please note that joining the waitlist does not guarantee ticket availability.
